Reservation

Your reservation is valid only when you have received a confirmation letter via email from us.

Check in

Check in starts at 15:00.Reception is working 24/7. If you arrive earlier than 15.00, you are welcome to leave your baggage in Red Nose Hostel.

Check out

Check our time is 10:00.We kindly ask you to leave keys and door cards in reception before leaving.

Late check out

Late check out at 14:00 is available for extra charge  (half of price for one night's stay)

Cancellation and no show

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

Payment

Reservation costs are paid upon arrival.

If you require Airport Transfer or babycot in your room, indicate it in the field Message.
